FEATURED EVENTS

November 7 - Join us for our November Open House, a free, all-ages day of programs and activities inspired by our new exhibitions. Be among the first to experience these exciting shows and join us for family workshops, artist talks, a sound bath, a makers market, and our 50th-anniversary stoop sale. The event celebrates the opening of Hard Art, a landmark exhibition examining the legacy of abstraction by Black artists in the US from 1969 to today. Legendary artists Howardena Pindell and James Little—who all also participated in PS1’s Afro-American Abstraction (1980)—join The Agnes Gund Director Connie Butler for a lively conversation on their practices.
